ISO 65 (EN 45011) is the leading internationally accepted norm for certification bodies operating a product certification system. It is accepted all over the world as the strongest indicator that a certification body is competent. FLO-CERT follows the ISO 65 norm in all certification operations.
This means that:

> We are transparent in our processes, informing our clients and consumers each step of the way,
> We are independent in making certification decisions, we treat all our clients equally,
> We issue certificates (guarantees) that can be trusted by the market,
> We are controlled by an independent 3rd party to ensure that continue following the rules of ISO 65.
FLO-CERT is accredited for the Generic Standards for Small Producers’ Organisations, the Generic Standards for Hired Labour Situations and FLO-CERT’s Trade Certification Policies.
