- In order to ensure that our clients can rely on professional service, all our colleagues are suitably qualified and trained on rules and procedures relevant to their work throughout the year. Needs assessment for additional training is integral to internal reviews,
- We employ enough qualified employees to perform all necessary functions while planning for growth in advance,
- We rely on auditors who are carefully chosen according to best practice criteria and have successfully completed both a theoretical and a practical training programme.
<< Efficiency
- In ensuring that our customers can rely on Certification decisions that are free of influence, transparent, consistent, comparable and correct, a Certification Committee representing all stakeholders monitors our performance.
- In aiming for continuous improvement, we evaluate all our systems periodically in order to correct and learn from detected inconsistencies
- In keeping our client ' s interests close to our decision making, we periodically review our fee systems. During such a revision we actively consult our clients with fee proposals, thereby gathering as much input as possible and ensuring that our fees are reasonable and fair,

- In fostering an ongoing dialogue with our clients who are situated all over the world and represent many different cultures.
- We place significant emphasis on the way in which we communicate.
- In order to facilitate the access of Producers and Traders to Fairtrade markets around the world, we actively engage with the Fairtrade Labelling Community, assisting in the growth of markets for Certified Fairtrade products.
