The purpose of a Management Review is to evaluate the functioning of our Certification System. This means that once a year, our goals are evaluated against our performance, results of Internal Audits are considered, complaints against our services are investigated and the general state of company affairs are evaluated. Findings of such Management Review meetings are reported to the Supervisory Board.
This provides an essential feedback loop into the company and ensures that independent people with balanced interests are evaluating our performance. |
