We treat all Operator specific information as confidential and only release this information when forced to do so by a Court of Law or only after obtaining the consent of the Operator concerned.

Because Operators understand that transparency is crucial to the Fairtrade system, most Operators agree to the release of some information.

FLO-CERT actively controls that Confidentiality rules are adhered to and acts when confidentiality is breached.
